Love everything about this place, the food is amazing, the space is simple, the service is friendly. “Mad Synergi” is hidden away from the main streets of Vesterbro Copenhagen, it is another must visit for it’s top cuisine at affordable prices. Its owned by the two chefs Jeppe Grey and Henrik Junker, both with a history of working in Danish Michelin restaurants. Their vision is to offer great gastronomy in a more relaxed cafe style environment, where the prices are kept affordable, making great cuisine available outside the top Danish Restaurants. So if you’re felling peckish on you’re way around Copenhagen stop by here and enjoy :)
